If you’re anything like me, you’ll be hooked simply by the title of this delicious recipe. I’m excited to share it! A stunner in terms of taste and texture, it looks good too.
It’s a keto-friendly nutrient powerhouse, with plenty of protein and significant levels of calcium and choline. It also contains a surprising amount of diverse fibre sources - especially the coconut flour version. The myrosinase-rich mustard works well to support the transformation of glucosinolates in the cauliflower to sulforaphane. It works well as a comforting mid-week supper or as a crowd-pleasing vegetarian supper for six.
I’ve slightly adapted the recipe from an old Ottolenghi cookbook. This is the second time I’ve cooked it and it definitely won’t be the last.
